Post Fierce Guild: Information, Schedule, Recruitment, Loot
Fierce is, first and foremost, a progression raiding guild. Secondarily, it exists not only progress through the raiding ranks but to have a friendly community both through the member ranks and outside the guild itself. The following reflects our standards and our rules.

Membership

Raiders must be available for the raid days provided and be on time. We must be told beforehand if you will be late.
Raiders are expected to have appropriate talent distribution for their given roles.
Raiders are expected to be up-to-date on all guild strategy on our guild forums. Questions, suggestions or ideas are to be brought up on the forums prior to raids.
Raiders must be comfortable and able to use ventrilo.
Raiders must be able to maintain two PVE specs through the Dual Spec system when asked.
Raiders must be able to provide consumables and gold for repairs through periods of heavy progression. Although we usually use the Guild Bank for this.
Raiders who fail to meet basic attendance or guild requirements will be demoted or removed.

In-Raid Conduct

Members must not AFK regularly, arrive late, leave early, or otherwise hinder smooth raiding.
Members must be prepared with everything necessary for top performance.
Members should be constantly engaged in strategy topics via our forums and when specifically requested during raids.

Schedule

Our progression schedule is Tuesday-Thursday + Sunday at 5:00 Pacific / 8:00 Eastern until 9:00 Pacific / 12:00 Eastern

We run 10 mans on the weekend, however we may ask to raid a 25 man during the weekend if we have extra content to clear.

Recruitment

Fierce Guild Members are admitted based off of past and current raiding experience. However a big part of staying in the guild is your attitude and how well you get along with the guild. People with egos, baggage, or overall any sort of drama do not apply.

Fierce applicants will judged over a three week period for performance and attitude. At the end of this period, the applicant will either become a member, or be asked to look elsewhere. Of course, if an applicant talked himself up in his application and his performance is outright poor, we will not hesitate to remove that person immediately.

If you're a solid player with a good attitude, the best thing you can do is not worry yourself too much.

Fierce Loot:

We use EPGP. The system rewards people who consistently attend raids while eliminating point hoarding. EPGP is earned for attending raids and participating in boss kill, progression night, or other award marker determined by the raid leader.
